Pricing &amp; Taxes<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><i>\u2013 Prices do not include delivery costs unless stated otherwise<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2013 Prices do not include taxes or duties outside EU VAT<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2013 The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees<\/i><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We reserve the right to adjust pricing where:<\/p><p><i>\u2013 production costs increase<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2013 order specifications change<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2013 expedited or special delivery is requested<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p><p><b>6. Delivery &amp; Risk<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>We aim to deliver within agreed timeframes, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Risk transfers to the customer:<\/p><p><i>\u2013 upon dispatch, or<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2013 upon delivery, regardless of receipt<\/i><\/p><p>Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details.<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>8. Inspection &amp; Claims<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any defects or shortages must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery. Transport-related damages must be handled with the carrier or insurance provider.<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>9. Warranty<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>CTN provides a 12-month factory warranty from the date of delivery.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The warranty covers:<\/p><p>\u2013 replacement parts and components<\/p><p>The warranty does not cover:<\/p><p><i>\u2013 misuse, improper handling, or negligence<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2013 incorrect installation or maintenance<\/i><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>For distributors\/importers:<\/p><p><i>\u2013 warranty includes parts and shipping<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2013 local costs (customs, installation, etc.) are the customer\u2019s responsibility<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p><p><b>10. Returns &amp; Consumer Rights<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>Private consumers (as defined under Finnish Consumer Protection Law) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Conditions:<\/p><p><i>\u2013 products must be unused except for inspection<\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2013 returns must be notified in writing<\/i><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>CTN reserves the right to reduce refunds if products show signs of use or damage.<\/p><p>This clause does not apply to B2B customers.<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>11.
