CTN supports the recovery of HIJK football team

CTN has joined in to support the day-to-day activities of HIFK’s Veikkausliiga team. As a result of the partnership, HIFK now has an X°CRYO cryotherapy device in their dressing room to help players recover from matches and training sessions.
The collaboration between HIFK and CTN Group started on the sidelines of a junior football pitch, after two football fathers got to know each other. One of them was Mare Oravainen, CTN Group Sales Director, and the other was Peter Standertskjöld-Nordenstam, who sits on the HIFK board.
– “Petsku’s son plays for the same football team as my own son, so we got to know each other on the sidelines. I then invited him to visit our headquarters in Vantaa. We exchanged contact details and Juhani Tähkävuori of HIFK contacted me. We quickly came to an agreement, and now HIFK has the X°CRYO in their daily use,” Oravainen says.
– “I went to the HIFK booth to demonstrate the device, and the feedback was excellent from both players and coaches. It’s great that we can now work together with HIFK football here in the capital region,” says CTN Group’s Nico From.
A few minutes of cryotherapy is a natural and drug-free aid for muscle recovery, increasing mobility and treating various sports injuries.
