Where are CTN devices manufactured?
CTN devices are designed, engineered, and developed in Finland, where we also carry out R&D, software development, quality testing, and part of the final assembly with partners such as Reimax Oy.

Manufacturing is carried out through a controlled OEM network in Finland, Estonia, and selected partners in Asia for certain component-level steps. Some electronic components come from China — a standard practice in high-tech and medical/wellness devices.

Although some copycat products on the market may look similar, CTN equipment differs fundamentally in materials, components, electronics, safety systems, manufacturing methods, serviceability, technical support, and long-term spare part availability. Every CTN partner follows strict specifications and quality controls defined by us.

Are CTN devices medical devices?
No. CTN devices are not classified as medical devices. They are CE-marked, fully compliant with all relevant European safety standards, and designed for professional wellness, recovery, sports, and aesthetic use without requiring medical licenses or medical personnel. This allows trained non-medical operators to use CTN equipment safely and legally, while still benefiting from the high engineering and quality standards appreciated in clinical environments.
Are the devices safe and easy to use?
Yes. Our devices are automated, pre-programmed, and built with safety as a priority. No specialist staff are required.

What is the maintenance like?
CTN devices are designed for low-maintenance operation. Most systems are plug-and-play with self-monitoring or alert features that notify the operator only if attention is needed. Routine upkeep is simple and quick, and we provide full technical support, troubleshooting, and spare parts to ensure long-term reliability with minimal downtime.
What is the warranty and support policy?
All CTN devices come with a standard 2 year warranty. We provide full support for troubleshooting, spare parts, and technical questions.
Can I use multiple CTN devices together?
Yes. Our devices are designed to complement each other, allowing clients to build a full-spectrum recovery or wellness offering.
How much space is required?
CTN devices require surprisingly little space. Localised systems like X°CRYO™ and X-TONE™ typically fit within 1–4 m² spaces. Our larger whole body equipment, like the e°CABIN™, requiess at least 15 m² with good airflow. A full CTN Recovery Studio™ with all core devices generally fits comfortably within 25–35 m², depending on layout.
Does e°CABIN require any special ventilation or structures?
No special ventilation or structural changes are required. The e°CABIN™ works in a standard, well-ventilated commercial space with adequate air conditioning. In humid environments, a dehumidifier may be recommended.
Are there any hidden costs or consumables associated with CTN devices?
CTN devices are designed for predictable, low operating costs. There are no hidden fees or proprietary consumables required beyond standard electricity usage and routine hygiene supplies. Businesses should account only for basic, non-proprietary items commonly used in professional wellness environments, such as disinfectant wipes or cleaning solutions for surfaces and reusable accessories (e.g. masks or applicators).

OxyProâ„¢ mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy systems use oxygen concentrators, not oxygen tanks. Oxygen is generated from ambient air, meaning there are no oxygen cylinders to refill or replace. Routine maintenance is limited to standard filter replacement and servicing at defined intervals.
